• To be in charge of handling of all incoming calls, including taking appropriate messages and communicate to the relevant people; meeting room booking/arrangement; office car management; taxi reconciliation; reception area and meeting rooms; administration such as management of stationary, working status of office equipment, hotel booking, air-ticket and travel arrangement, newspapers subscription, supervision of cleaner and office delivery etc.;
• To keep track of the staff whereabouts during office hours;
• To assist with ongoing assignments such as mail outs, client survey, power point presentations, update of client database etc.;
• To be responsible for ordering and management of branded stationary in general (i.e letterhead, envelops, business cards, brochure);
• To be flexible for demands of work.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, BA in English is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Good computer skills (MS Office package)
• Self-discipline and good sense of order.
• Outgoing character with good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, take challenge, be patient, and can work under high pressure with multi tasks.

• Selected candidate will receive net pay.
• Selected candidate will be enrolled with 1 day of annual leave per month.
